What baggage is included?
Every result shows what its fare includes: a personal item, a cabin bag and checked bags. Where the airline does not say, we show "not shown by airline" instead of guessing. If you choose checked bags when you search, the prices you see include them.
Can I change my flights after booking?
It depends on the fare. Before you pay, each fare says whether changes are allowed and the fee, where the airline gives one. To ask for a change, contact us through the Help page with your booking reference to hand.
Can I get a refund?
Each fare says whether it is refundable and the cancellation fee, where the airline gives one, before you pay. If the airline cannot confirm your booking after you pay, we refund your payment in full to the card you paid with.
How do I pay?
You pay on our payment provider’s secure page (myPOS), so your card details are entered there, not on our site. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is approved and the airline confirms your booking.
